Acceptance of Agreement. You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions of use Agreement  with respect to our site (zpvpro.com). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, free product samples or freebie offers or services provided by or listed on the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and at any frequency without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

Copyright. The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws. The copying, reproduction, use, modification or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited, without our express prior written permission.

Deleting and Modification. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, without any obligation and without any notice requirement to you, to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site, including this Agreement. Prices, Specifications & Availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographic, photographic, pricing or descriptive errors.

Submissions. 

All suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts and other information you may send to us (collectively, "Submissions") shall be deemed and shall remain our sole property and shall not be subject to any obligation of confidence on our part. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall be deemed to own all known and hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature regarding the Submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.

Complaints
Complaints can be submitted by e-mail info@zpvproizvodnja.com. The obligatory part of the content of the complaint is the number of the shipment that you received in the e-mail when confirming the purchase and the number of the fiscal account on which the transaction was realized.

The deadline for checking the complaint is 8 days, and the deadline for responding to the complaint is 15 days from the day of reporting it. Otherwise, it is considered that the Buyer received the goods in good condition.

The Seller will respond to the request in accordance with the legally defined deadlines, by forwarding the complaint list to the email that the Buyer has marked as a contact, which will also contain the Seller's decision on further action regarding the forwarded complaint.

Protecting user privacy

On behalf of Z.P.V. Proizvodnja D.O.O. we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data on customers / users and data necessary for business and informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers a choice including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user / customer data is strictly kept and available only to employees to whom this information is necessary to do the job. All employees Z.P.V. Proizvodnja D.O.O. (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Payments. 

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site’.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank's website. At no time is payment card information available to our system.

Refund

In case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Z.P.V. Proizvodnja D.O.O. is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods , which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.

VAT statement

VAT is not included in the price and there are no hidden costs

* All possible import restrictions given by Buyer’s state are up to Buyer’s expense.
* The Buyer agrees that ZPV Proizvodnja (Seller) has no responsibility in case of restrictive import regulations for the goods above in the state of the Buyer.

* The Seller is not responsible for any additional costs (apart from already agreed) that may appear while importing goods.
